Prominently featured traditional wine jars, touches of silver and ebony, and an air of understated luxury all characterise the ambience of Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant. Zuan Yuan literally means “treasure trove of gems”, and it’s contemporary yet classic décor makes for a perfect environment in which to savour Cantonese specialties such as Roasted Crispy Pigeon, Sautéed Prawns with Red Wine Sauce, and Homemade Oven-baked Fish with Butter and Garlic Sauce.
Diners can choose from an extensive list of Chinese teas and other beverages to complement what will be a truly authentic dining experience. Recently Zuan Yuan announced that it would now be serving only halal Chinese cuisine and dim sum, so it looks forward to welcoming Muslim diners to the restaurant. |
