The atmosphere in Chynna’s main dining room speaks volumes about what’s in store for diners. The Chinese theatre-themed room tells of modern Hong Kong, and the Cantonese cuisine is presented with flair, but all the while staying true to its roots. Herb cabinets line two small walls and are the toolbox of Chynna’s resident herbal doctor, who blends teas and provides ingredients to the Executive Chef. An open dim sum kitchen affords guests both dinner and a show, as the varied dim sum items are prepared as a focal point of the dining room. Several private dining areas, beautifully and thematically decorated, also allow diners to entertain friends and family in an intimate environment. |
